SESSION_DISPUTE_SUPPRESSED is a later same-type fact silenced by an active session dispute: it keeps its pinned policy and is not itself disputed, only unpresented. SYSTEM_INITIATED is a verified TimeBack-caused detector transition, auditable but never a warning.
