UpsertInsightFeedbackInput

A feedback submission (the default kind) rates the insight and requires rating. An invalidation marks the insight wrong and suppresses it; it requires note, takes no rating, and is allowed only when the submitter holds a role that may invalidate the insight's category in the session's organization. An invalidation on an insight that is already suppressed returns the submitter's existing invalidation unchanged, or 409 when the submitter has none.
